Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
